以华东电网系统运行成本最优为目标,阐述了华东电网抽水蓄能电站规划研究的最优建设规模。然后根据全网资源优化配置原则,针对华东电网具体情况,考虑电网输送能力和经济性等约束条件,给出了抽水蓄能电站在华东电网范围内的布局思路。在全面总结了近期华东电网抽水蓄能规划研究工作的基础上,对华东电网抽水蓄能建设进行了探讨和展望。
Taking the optimal system operation cost of East China Power Grid as the goal, the optimal construction scale of planning research for East China Power Grid Pumped Storage Power Station is expounded. Then according to the principle of optimal allocation of resources across the entire network, in view of the specific conditions of East China Power Grid, taking into account constraints such as transmission capacity and economy of the power grid, the layout of pumped storage power plants within the scope of East China Power Grid is given. On the basis of summarizing the research work of pumped storage and storage planning in Huadong Power Grid in the near future, the pumped storage construction in East China Power Grid was discussed and prospected.
