膀胱结石是泌尿外科常见病,多采用耻骨上膀胱切开取石术或膀胱内机械碎石术治疗。1959年Goldberg首先应用液电效应原理经尿道碎石成功。1984年以来我们采用西德高压脉冲发生器对35例膀胱结石患者施行电液压冲击波碎石术(Electrohydraulic shock waves lithotripsy)取得满意效果,现报告如下。临床资料我们使用的高压脉冲发生器是西德《RIW OLTH》-2135机型。该装置放电电压分为Ⅰ档4kv,Ⅱ档6kv,Ⅲ档8kv;脉冲频率50~70Hz/Sec;脉冲持续1~5秒。击发分为单次
Bladder stones are common urological diseases, and more use of suprapubic cystolithotomy or intra-lithotripsy lithotripsy. Since 1984, we have achieved satisfactory results with Electrohydraulic shock waves lithotripsy in 35 patients with bladder stones by using the West German high-voltage pulse generator.
