我国职业教育中介组织随着职业教育的发展以及市场经济的确立逐渐形成,但这些组织多依赖于政府,独立性差,缺乏相应的理论指导,相关法规不健全,导致专业性不强,权威性不高,“责、权、利”不清晰。为此,要促进政府职能转变,强化职业教育中介组织的地位与作用,规范中介行为,建立健全职业教育中介组织必须与职业教育管理的专业化进程有机结合起来,加强职业教育中介组织的内部建设,并要立足国情加以完善。
