为了解决发动机凸轮、挺杆早期擦伤,常对其进行磷化处理。在研究磷化膜摩擦学特性时,仅仅借鉴用于评价防腐层的致密度、表面膜重以及晶粒与基体的结合力这三个指标是不够的。根据磷化膜抗擦伤机理,必须加一个能评价磷化膜凸凹程度,储油性的指标—孔隙度。本文在提出这一问题后,解释了孔隙度与致密度的不同,根据计算,测量磷化膜扫描成像底片的黑度(或光密度)给出了一种测量孔隙度值的方法。

According to the anti-galling mechanism of phosphating film, it is necessary to add a porosity-porosity index which can evaluate the degree of convexity and concavity of the phosphating film and oil storage. This paper, after addressing this issue, explains the differences in porosity and densities. Based on calculations, measuring the blackness (or optical density) of a phosphate film scanning imaging backsheet gives a measure of the porosity value.
