Hydrology has analyzed the typical situation of the maximum vibration load that the electric crane mechanism may produce in the process of instability and proposed the calculation formula of the dynamic coefficient to determine the maximum vibration load. In order to facilitate the actual calculation, the paper draws a chart of dynamic coefficient curve. This paper suggests that the maximum vibration load is used as the strength calculation load and the recommended value of the strength safety factor is proposed.
