我厂10SH-6A型双吸泵用于输送腐蚀性介质脱硫液。泵的泄漏不仅影响生产,而且污染环境。我们对其进行了治理。泵密封结构见图1。 液封管从高压部位A引出至密封函B,经密封函中的液封环至盘根。因吸入口C有一定的负压,填料函外部D是大气压,即A、D和A、C存在着压差,这样把密封压盖松紧度调整适度,介质沿A—B—C、A—B—D形成微量流动,起到冷却、润滑盘根、阻隔外界空气的作用。由于我们在泵的使用过程中,液封管一直没有合理使用,所以泄漏相当严重。
