如何加强集团公司内部债权债务及税务策划工作的管理,提高集团公司的财务管理水平,已成为现今集团公司发展的重要问题和关键。集团公司的资产总量在我国的国民经济发展中日益突出。如何有效地对债权债务及税务策划工作进行管理,避免和降低集团公司的经营风险,是目前集团公司期望得以解决的问题。所以,本文就近年来集团公司在债权债务税务策划工作中存在的一些问题进行分析和思考。
How to strengthen the management of the creditor’s rights, debt and tax planning within the group company and improve the financial management level of the group company has become an important issue and the key for the development of the group company nowadays. How to effectively manage the credit, debt and tax planning to avoid and reduce the operating risks of the group companies is the problem that the group companies hope to solve. Therefore, this article analyzes and thinks about some problems that the group company has in the tax and debt tax planning work in recent years.
