本文将波登管的压力增敏作用与光纤光栅悬臂梁调谐技术相结合,采用光纤光栅调谐滤波检测方法,设计了一种高灵敏度光纤光栅压力传感器,在 0~ 12 MPa的压力变化范围内,光纤布拉格光栅中心波长的改变与压力成良好的线性关系,获得了压力灵敏系数为-1. 79×10~(-4)/MPa,比裸光栅提高了两个数量级;借助高灵敏度的光纤光栅可调谐滤波器,压力测量的分辨力可达0.015 MPa。
In this paper, the pressure sensitization of Bourdon tube is combined with the tuning technology of fiber grating cantilever tuning. By using fiber grating tuning filter detection method, a high sensitivity fiber grating pressure sensor is designed. Under the pressure range of 0 ~ 12 MPa, The change of the center wavelength of the fiber Bragg grating has a good linear relationship with the pressure, and the pressure sensitivity coefficient is -1. 79 × 10 ~ (-4) / MPa, which is two orders of magnitude higher than that of bare grating. With high sensitivity fiber grating tunable filter, the resolution of pressure measurement can reach 0.015 MPa.
