美国工业电子工程公司(IEE)已经生产出两种规格的交流薄膜电致发光显示器。这种显示器适合于军事用途,耐冲击、振动及温度和压力的变化。显示器的规格是:10×20cm~2×6 cm,具有256×215个象素,用以显示图表或24行各80个字符的显示;7.5×12.5cm~2×6cm具有192—320个象素,用于18行各50个字符的显示。这种显示器上包括显示驱动器,控制器和一个能产生高压的特殊电源部件,用以产生+5伏和约+13伏,…+30的电压供应。有三个接口用于控制显示器。
American Industrial Electronics Engineering Corporation (IEE) has produced two specifications of AC thin-film electroluminescent displays. This display is suitable for military use, impact resistance, vibration and temperature and pressure changes. The specifications of the display are: 10 × 20 cm to 2 × 6 cm with 256 × 215 pixels for display of a chart or 24 lines of 80 characters each; a display of 7.5 × 12.5 cm to 2 × 6 cm has 192-320 images For 50 lines of 18 lines of display. The display includes a display driver, a controller and a special power supply unit that generates high voltage to create a voltage supply of +5 volts and +13 volts, ... +30 volts. There are three interfaces for controlling the monitor.
