白泥纤维是近几年新兴的一种矿物纤维,针对其脆性大、刚性强、易断裂的缺点进行改性。利用聚乙烯醇对白泥纤维进行表面改性,研究改性剂的用量、改性温度、改性时间等对白泥纤维改性效果的影响。通过纤维过筛率、纸张性能如抗张强度、环压强度、耐折度对纤维改性结果进行评估。研究结果表明,最佳改性条件为:改性剂用量3%,改性温度50℃,改性时间1.5 h。最后通过扫描电镜对改性结果进行分析。
White mud fiber is a new mineral fiber in recent years, aiming at the defects of large brittleness, strong rigidity and easy to break. Polyvinyl alcohol was used to modify the surface of white clay fiber. The effects of modifier amount, modification temperature and modification time on the modification of white clay fiber were studied. The fiber modification results were evaluated by the fiber sizing rate, paper properties such as tensile strength, crush strength, and endurance. The results showed that the best modification conditions were as follows: dosage of modifier 3%, modification temperature 50 ℃, modification time 1.5 h. Finally, the results of the modification were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.
