慢性非癌症疼痛系指由多种疾病引致与癌症无关持续6个月以上的疼痛。近年,慢性非癌症疼痛患者应用阿片处方药日益增多。阿片处方药滥用现已成为公共卫生问题,引起广泛关注。应用阿片处方药滥用的危险因素主要为非阿片类物质的滥用及精神疾病。慢性非癌症疼痛具有非阿片类物质滥用行为或患有精神疾病者易发生阿片处方药滥用。
Chronic non-cancer pain refers to the pain caused by a variety of diseases unrelated to cancer for more than 6 months. In recent years, the use of opiate prescription drugs has been increasing in patients with chronic non-cancer pain. Opiate abuse of prescription drugs has now become a public health issue, causing widespread concern. The risk factors for abuse of opiate prescription drugs are mainly non-opioid abuse and mental illness.
