Two new types of hydraulic rock crusher, the larger one is 1700 kg, the impact energy is 500 joules, the impact frequency is 250-480 times per minute; the smaller is 950 kg, and the impact frequency is 300-560 times per minute. The two types of stone crushers are designed for installation on heavy excavators ranging from 17 to 35 tons and 12 to 18 tons. This type of equipment is mainly used to break up very large rocks during mining. The impact energy coefficient is maintained with a separate low-pressure hydraulic circulatory system and can therefore not be affected by changes in the amount of oil and pressure fluctuations that may occur in the high-pressure circulatory system.
