角膜溃疡是眼科中比较常见而且也是比较严重的一种眼病。特别是农村,在农忙季节,由于稻谷麦芒刺伤角膜,引起细菌或病毒感染,而发生本病的颇为多见。得病后,如果治疗不及时、不妥当,就有可能进一步发展而严重地影响视力,所以我们必须积极地加以防治。角膜是眼球前部一层五色透明的薄膜,当感染时,则出现白色的凹陷。形态有多种多样,如点状、片状、树枝状,新月状等等,不同形态系因病原不同。同时也与发病过程有关。
