技术体制概念自被引入学术界,始终存在两条独立的研究路径。一种研究理念视其为企业所处的一种技术环境,另一种研究理念则将其抽象为企业从事技术活动所遵循的一系列规则。借助物理界的伟大发现——物质的波粒二象性的辩证思维,本文对技术体制研究的现状进行辨析,认为环境属性和规则属性是技术体制基于不同的理论基础、研究目的和内容以及对象层次等所表现出的不同特征。随后本文构建了这两种属性之间的关联,并指出理解技术体制的二象性对研究其稳定性与动态性的二元状态有重要的理论意义。
Since the introduction of the concept of technological system into academia, there are always two independent research paths. A research philosophy regards it as a technological environment in which an enterprise is located. Another kind of research philosophy abstracts it as a series of rules that enterprises follow in their technical activities. With the great discovery of the physical world - the dialectical thinking of the wave-particle duality of matter, this dissertation discerns the status quo of the research on the technical system, and considers that the environmental attributes and regular attributes are based on different theoretical bases, research purposes, contents and objects Levels and so on showed different characteristics. Then this paper constructs the correlation between these two attributes and points out that it is of important theoretical significance to understand the duality of the technical system for its stability and dynamics.
