目的:通过开展三级医院管理督察工作,建立一套持之以恒的长效机制,逐步建立规范公正的管理制度,促进社会主义和谐社会建设。方法:根据2007-11广东省卫生厅对我院进行督察工作,对存在问题尤其是病历质量的问题进行剖析。结果:对医院管理工作中存在的问题进行分析找出相应整改措施。结论:三级医院管理督察工作是一项长期的系统工程,医院必须建立一套科学、规范和长效的管理制度,促进和谐社会建设。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a long-term and long-term mechanism through which hospital management inspectors work at the tertiary level and gradually establish a standardized and fair management system to promote the building of a harmonious socialist society. Methods: According to the 2007-11 Guangdong Provincial Department of Health to inspect the work of our hospital, the existing problems, especially the quality of medical records analysis. Results: The hospital management problems in the analysis to find the appropriate corrective measures. CONCLUSION: The management inspector of tertiary hospital is a long-term systematic project. The hospital must establish a scientific, standardized and long-term management system to promote the construction of a harmonious society.
