针对石油化业中管式加热炉壁厚减薄采用常规测厚方法检测存在的问题,提出了采用超声导波长距离全截面壁厚检测技术。利用该技术对对炼油厂多台管式加热炉炉管危险部位进行检测,举例焦化装置加热炉与常减压装置加热炉的导波检测应用,并通过对检测数据的分析与现场验证,发现了多处安全隐患,并指导用户进行处理,最终得出超声导波技术能有效实现管式加热炉辐射段炉管壁厚检测。
Aiming at the problems existing in the thinning of tube furnace thinning in the petrochemical industry by the conventional thickness measurement method, the technology of detecting the wall thickness of the full cross section with ultrasonic guided wave is proposed. The technology is applied to the detection of dangerous parts of multiple tube furnace tubes in oil refineries, the application of guided wave detection in heating furnaces of coking units and atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, and through the analysis and field verification of test data, it is found that A number of potential safety problems, and guide the user to deal with, and ultimately come to ultrasonic guided wave technology can effectively achieve the tube furnace radiation tube wall thickness detection.
