设计了一种基于Delphi的多功能反重力铸造计算机控制系统。铸造过程中根据铸件尺寸、结构不同,所需的反重力加压方式也不同,通过分析各种反重力铸造的原理和特点,采用Delphi语言编写的控制软件,设计并开发了一体化的多功能反重力铸造计算机控制系统。该控制系统采用积分分离数字PID算法,将差压、低压和调压铸造一体化,实现了多功能的反重力铸造生产过程控制,降低生产成本。实践结果表明,研制的多功能反重力铸造计算机控制系统具有较高的可行性和实用性。
A multi-functional anti-gravity casting computer control system based on Delphi was designed. Casting process according to the size of the casting, the structure of the anti-gravity required pressure is also different from the analysis of the principle and characteristics of various anti-gravity casting, using Delphi language control software, design and development of an integrated multi-function Anti-gravity casting computer control system. The control system integrates digital PID algorithm with integral and integrates differential pressure, low pressure and pressure regulating casting to realize multi-functional anti-gravity casting production process control and reduce production cost. The practice results show that the developed multi-purpose anti-gravity casting computer control system has high feasibility and practicability.
