目的： 探讨猪红细胞膜糖肽抗肿瘤转移的作用机制。方法： 利用猪红细胞膜糖肽影响血清诱导的小鼠黑色素瘤Ｂ１６细胞凝集及其实验性转移。结果： 糖肽抑制血清诱导的Ｂ１６ 细胞凝集及其实验性肺转移。结论：猪红细胞膜糖肽可能通过抑制血清介导的肿瘤细胞凝集，抑制血行转移
Objective: To explore the mechanism of erythrocyte membrane glycopeptide anti-tumor metastasis. Methods: Erythrocyte membrane glycopeptides were used to influence serum-induced agglutination and experimental metastasis of mouse melanoma B16 cells. Results: Glycopeptides inhibited serum-induced B16 cell agglutination and its experimental lung metastasis. Conclusion: Porcine erythrocyte membrane glycopeptide may inhibit hematogenous metastasis by inhibiting serum-mediated tumor cell agglutination
