目的观察埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)及治疗十二指肠溃疡的效果。方法 54例十二指肠溃Hp阳性的患者分为A、B、C 3组,用埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗。结果 48例完成全部治疗方案,6例失访。三组Hp根除率86.88%~93.93%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。溃疡愈合率82.33%~88.73%,组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。症状积分改善情况三组间两两比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 3组方案均能有效地根除Hp和促进溃疡的愈合。
Objective To observe the efficacy of esomeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods 54 cases of duodenal ulcer Hp positive patients were divided into A, B, C 3 groups, with esomeprazole triple therapy. Results 48 cases completed all the treatment options, 6 cases were lost. Three groups of Hp eradication rate of 86.88% ~ 93.93%, no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). The healing rate of ulcer was 82.33% ~ 88.73%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Symptom score improvement between the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion All the three regimens can effectively eradicate Hp and promote ulcer healing.
