发展正面双手传球技术手指手腕动作知觉的实验研究

本研究的目的是通过在实验组的教学中采用专门的练习方法,提高被试正面双手传球技术中手指手腕的动作知觉,进而促进他们对该技术的掌握。被试为北体师91级专科男生的两个班。由一名教师任教,共上课9次,每次用于上手传球技术教学的时间为40min。实验组的教学中采用了“落点练习”、“方框练习”和“认知练习”。技术动作的测试结果表明以上练习对发展练习者的手指手腕的动作知觉,提高他们正面双手传球的力量控制、准确性和保持正确的手型具有一定的促进作用。

The purpose of this study is to improve the mastery of this technique by using specialized exercises in the experimental group to improve the perception of the movement of the fingers and wrists in the frontal hands pass technique. The subjects were two classes of 91 majors at North Division. Teach by a teacher, a total of 9 classes, each time for teaching pass technology teaching time 40min. The teaching of experiment group adopted “practice”, “box practice” and “cognitive exercise”. The test results of the technical actions show that the above exercises have a certain promotion effect on the development of the practitioner’s finger-wrist movement perception, improvement of the power control of both hands passing the ball, accuracy and maintenance of the correct hand shape.
