作者对85例窒息新生儿进行了头颅CT扫描和血清磷酸肌酸激酶脑型同功酶(CPK-BB)活性测定,并对其中部分患儿进行了智能发育测定和头颅CT复查的远期随访。结果:新生儿窒息后早期脑损伤类型包括脑实质出血、脑室周围-脑室内出血、蛛网膜下腔出血和脑水肿等。窒息后24h内血清CPK-BB活性升高,其程度与脑操作严重度平行,有行于早期判断脑操作严重程度和预后。随访结果表明:脑损伤类型和程度
The author of 85 cases of asphyxia neonates were carried out by CT scan and serum creatine phosphokinase brain isozyme (CPK-BB) activity determination, and some of them were measured intelligence development and long-term follow-up CT review . Results: The types of early brain injury after neonatal asphyxia include cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage, periventricular - intraventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral edema. Serum CPK-BB activity increased within 24 hours after asphyxia, and its extent was in parallel with the severity of brain operation.
