高速铁路是国家交通运输体系的骨干、国民经济发展的大动脉,其运输调度安全管理的好坏,不仅影响着铁路行业自身的经济效率与运输效能,而且会引起社会各方面的强烈反映与高度重视。因此,本文主要分析高速铁路运输调度安全管理的特点,针对当前调度安全管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出有效提高高速铁路运输调度管理的一些措施,完善高速铁路调度安全管理制度,促进我国高速铁路运输行业与国民经济的发展。
The high-speed railway is the backbone of the national transportation system and the artery of the national economy.
