The PET/PA composite microfiber yarn was cut into slices,which were viewed with an optical microscope and photographed with a digital camera.The gap-splitting rate and dislocated-splitting rate observed within the pictures were then counted.With the help of Matlab7.0 program,the results of splitting rate virtual values can be obtained with integral method.This creates a new testing method for determining the splitting rate of polyester and nylon composite microfiber fabric.
