国家自主创新示范区的规划建设对于促进我国科学技术进步和创新机制的发展具有十分重要的意义。在对我国部分自主创新示范区的基本情况、管理体制改革实践等方面进行系统介绍的基础上,总结国家自主创新示范区管理体制改革对于郑洛新国家自主创新示范区建设发展的启示,并提出健全政策支持体系、优化管理体制、强化协同机制等建议。
The planning and construction of national demonstration zones of independent innovation are of great significance for promoting the development of China’s scientific and technological progress and innovation mechanism.
