又到年关,欠薪问题再度引起关注。广州劳动保障突发事件,95%以上是由于企业拖欠员工工资引发。日前,全国人大常委会副委员长李铁映率《劳动法》执法检查组来广州检查,副市长苏泽群、市劳动保障局局长张杰明、市中级法院副院长余明永同时建议,修改法律有关规定,对恶意欠薪者增设刑事制裁措施。广州市的这一建议受到全国人大检查组的重视。九成劳保突发事件由欠薪引起2003年8月,芳村区葵耀玩具厂拖欠该厂员工4个月工资,老板逃走!情急之下,约600名情绪失控的工人聚集一起,从珠江桥行进至龙津西路段。有关部门闻讯赶到,竭力劝说下,抵达市劳动局寻求解决办法。
