随着高等职业教育的发展,“订单式”的培养模式被越来越多的学校所青睐,在积累了一定实践经验的基础上,很有必要对“订单式”培养模式进行深层次的理论探讨,特别是对这种培养模式与传统的“学科式”培养模式的关系进行深入剖析。“订单式”与“学科式”的培养模式存在着对立统一的关系,二者的差异和对立是相对的,它们都以培养学生成才为共同目标。在分析两种培养模式区别的基础上,更应该将两种培养模式有机地结合起来,使之相互渗透、相互促进。
