目的:测定米糠中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用常规加热回流法提取米糠黄酮,以芦丁为标准品,铝离子显色法测定其黄酮的含量。结果:确定检测波长为351 nm。在0.004~0.040 mg/mL范围内,有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=19.185C+0.112(R2=0.9992)。平均回收率为99.01%,RSD=1.63%(n=5)。测得米糠中总黄酮的含量为0.502%。结论:本方法简单、准确,为进一步开发米糠黄酮提供一定的参考依据。
Objective: To determine the content of total flavonoids in rice bran. Methods: The flavonoids of rice bran were extracted by conventional heating and refluxing method. The contents of flavonoids were determined by rutin as standard and aluminum ion colorimetry. Results: The detection wavelength was determined to be 351 nm. In the range of 0.004 ~ 0.040 mg / mL, there is a good linear relationship, the linear regression equation is A = 19.185C + 0.112 (R2 = 0.9992). The average recovery was 99.01%, RSD = 1.63% (n = 5). The content of total flavonoids in rice bran was 0.502%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and provides some reference for the further development of rice bran flavonoids.
