切实做好部队意识形态工作,必须强化政治责任,始终保持大事大抓、强力推进的良好态势;加强理论武装,切实打牢官兵高举旗帜、听党指挥、履行使命的思想政治基础;深入思想教育,大力培育当代革命军人核心价值观;发展先进军事文化,广泛营造催人奋进、健康向上的军营文化氛围;严格纪律规定,坚决堵塞各种敌对势力渗透破坏的渠道。
To do a good job in the ideological work of the armed forces, we must strengthen political responsibility and always keep the good momentum of major events and strong advances. We must strengthen our theoretical armies and earnestly lay the ideological and political basis for officers and soldiers to hold high the banner and listen to the party’s command and mission. Vigorously cultivate the core values of the contemporary revolutionary military personnel; develop the advanced military culture and extensively create a culture of enterprising and healthy barracks; and strictly enforce the rules and regulations, we must firmly block the channels through which all kinds of hostile forces infiltrate and infiltrate.
