研究易切削非调质塑料模具钢的淬透性。试验结果表明,在空冷条件下该钢的表面和芯部的硬度相差不大,淬透性模拟结果显示当直径小于100mm时,其芯部的空冷硬度可达HRC28。
Study of hardenability of non-quenched and tempered plastic mold steel. The experimental results show that the hardness of the steel surface and the core under air-cooling conditions are similar, and the simulation results of the hardenability show that the core air-cooling hardness can reach HRC28 when the diameter is less than 100mm.
