今年以来,福建省福清市纪检监察机关共受理信访举报2017件,其中检举控告类初信初访405件,已办结236件。按照五类处置方式,拟立案3件、初核314件、谈话函询62件、暂存类8件、了结18件,实现了“零暂存”。“落实信访举报‘零暂存’,不仅需要做到信访件办理底子清、情况明、数字准,同时要办理及时、责任明确、监管到位。”福清市
