我团65年进场的4115型发动机其JK270型起动转换开关常发生故障,既影响起动主机又影响蓄电池的充电,还发生引起电系着火使开关烧损。由于起动转换开关的配件较缺,我团修配厂电工根据其工作原理采用了一个闸刀开关代替(见图)。实践证明经改装后,故障少,配件易解决且便于维修,并使蓄电池Ⅱ的充电状况得到一定改善。闸刀开关是用旧的石板闸刀开关改制而成,改装后增多一根蓄电池连接线。起动时将闸刀搬向下方(图中双虚线位置),两蓄电池成串联,通往起动机继电器的电路同时接通。发动机启动后,立即将闸刀搬向上
