家兔肌注高渗甘油液,可以产生严重肾功损害和肌红蛋白尿,该动物模型被认为是人急性肾功能衰竭,特别是挤压性急性肾功能衰竭的动物模型之一。国外报道该动物模型发病机制十分复杂,不但有肌红蛋白铁刺激氧自由基形成所致肾损害,也有明显的肾血液动力学改变[Zager RA,Gamelin LM.Am J physicol 1989;256:F446.]。本研究企图通过对肾微循环形态观察,进一步了解该动物模型肾血液动力学的改变和意义。
Rabbits intramuscular hypertonic glycerol solution can produce serious renal damage and myoglobinuria, the animal model is considered to be one of the animal models of acute renal failure, especially crush acute renal failure. Foreign reports of the animal model of the pathogenesis is very complicated, not only myoglobin iron stimulated oxygen free radical formation caused by renal damage, but also significant renal hemodynamic changes [Zager RA, Gamelin LM.Am J physicol 1989; 256: F446. ]. In this study, we attempted to further understand the changes and significance of renal hemodynamics in this animal model through morphological observation of renal microcirculation.
