当前农民工的工资问题越来越引起社会各界的关注,也成为媒体报道的焦点。本文运用计量经济学的方法分析影响农民工工资的因素,结果发现受教育年数、工作层次、技能熟练程度、行业对农民工的工资水平有着十分显著的影响。笔者进一步据此提出可行性建议,主要有提高农民的受教育水平,完善最低工资标准并加强执法力度等。
At present, the wage problem of migrant workers has drawn more and more attention from all sectors of society and has also become the focus of media coverage. This essay uses the econometrics method to analyze the factors that affect the wages of migrant workers, and finds that the number of years of education, work level, skill proficiency, the industry has a very significant impact on the wage level of migrant workers. Based on this, the author puts forward feasible suggestions based on this, which mainly includes raising the level of education of peasants, improving the minimum wage and strengthening law enforcement.
