无煤柱巷旁充填沿空留巷技术是合理开发煤炭资源、提高矿井开采效益的一项重要技术。以某矿1406工作面为研究对象,通过理论分析结合计算机数值模拟的方法,对沿空留巷覆岩的运动规律及破坏过程进行了研究,并通过模拟计算确定了合理的充填宽度及强度,最后进行了巷道的初次支护及加强支护设计。
The technology of gob-side entry retaining without roadway beside coal pillar is an important technology to reasonably develop coal resources and improve the efficiency of mine exploitation. Taking 1406 working face of a mine as the research object, the law of motion and failure process of overburden strata along the gob-side entry retaining are researched through theoretical analysis combined with computer numerical simulation, and the reasonable filling width and strength are determined through simulation calculation. Finally, the initial support of the roadway and strengthen the support design.
