关注学困生,教育好学困生,才能提高教育教学的质量,实现教育的均衡发展。那么,如何教育好学困生呢?很多教育工作者对此进行了研究。对学困生的教育,我们教师要有爱心,实施“六多”教育策略,即多了解、多关注、多引导、多联系、多鼓励、多坚持。
Pay attention to students with learning difficulties, poor students, can improve the quality of education and teaching, to achieve balanced development of education. So, how to educate studious students? Many educators have studied this. For the education of students with learning difficulties, we teachers should have love and implement the education strategy of “more than six.” We should learn more, pay more attention, guide more, talk more, encourage more and persist more.
