According to the human rights principle of the UN Charter and China’s national conditions, after long-term tests, China has successfully formed its own human rights perspective with unique insights and established its own path of human rights development. The cause of human rights building in China has made great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. The human rights perspective with Chinese characteristics and the human rights development model in China have become the glorious banners of the cause of human rights advancement throughout the world.
