根据房地产指数系统百城价格指数对100个城市的全样本调查数据,全国100个城市住宅平均价格为8363元/平方米,86个城市价格环比上涨,14个城市环比下跌。价格上涨的城市中,吴江上涨幅度最大,为4.50%。中国指数研究院的调查数据,样本选择标准为:住宅、办公用房和商业营业用房的建筑规模分别不低于3万、2万和1万平方米。选样数据排除了一些老旧、散乱、价廉的住宅,所以该数据更能反映市场上规小区的价格走势。
According to the survey data of 100 sample cities in 100 Indexes of Real Estate Index System, the average price of residential houses in 100 cities in China was 8363 yuan / sq m.
