随着经济飞速增长,军事、科技、教育、体育、医疗卫生事业突飞猛进,事业单位的政治改革已经迫在眉睫,处理好内部矛盾已经成为重中之重。简而言之,事业单位就是国家机关,是用国家财政支持的赋予国家权力的服务于广大人民群众的庞大的社会服务机构。而事业单位的内部控制更是与国家各个机构和阶层息息相关。加强事业单位的内部控制,能够保障政治制度的安全,提高国家财政的使用效率,维系人心保障社会稳定等,对国家政治发展,经济和文化发展都举足轻重。
