随着经济的发展,人们生活即将全面进入小康社会和国家的大力支持,观光农业发展迅猛,人才的培养也正当时。作者通过文献调查法分析了湖南省内外观光农业专业开办情况,包括开设课程、就业方向、培养方向以及培养目标;作者通过问卷调研法对湖南观光农庄的人才需求进行了调研,了解了观光农业行业人才需求状况,为观光农业人才的培养提供依据。
With the economic development, people’s life is about to enter the well-to-do society and the strong support of the country. The sightseeing agriculture has developed rapidly and the cultivation of talents is just at the right time. Through literature survey, the author analyzes the situation of the opening of sightseeing agriculture specialty inside and outside Hunan Province, including courses, employment orientation, training orientation and training objectives. The author conducted a survey on the talent demand of Hunan Sightseeing Farm through questionnaire and research method, Talent demand situation, to provide the basis for the cultivation of tourism agricultural talents.
