五味子木脂素是五味子中主要的活性成分,具有保肝利胆、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗过敏、抗病毒及抗溃疡等多种药理作用,但因较差的溶解度和较低的生物利用度限制了临床应用。近年来,国内外学者对五味子木脂素类成分的各种制剂新技术和新剂型开展了广泛研究,主要涉及环糊精包合、固体分散、磷脂复合、自乳化等新技术和渗透泵、微球、纳米粒等新剂型。针对该制剂的研究进展做一综述,旨在为五味子木脂素类成分新型给药系统的进一步研究开发提供有益参考。
