作者报道一例在妊娠第二期时用超声波诊断的Turner氏综合征病例。 22岁孕妇,在末次月经后的15周作子宫的超声波检查,未怀疑胎儿异常。首次超声波检查示胎儿二顶骨的直径为29mm,与15周的孕期相符,并有一颈后肿块和全身性水肿。在妊娠17及17.5周龄时作进一步检查见一有隔的、直径为5cm的充满液体的肿块,有明显的全身性水肿、腹水及羊水过多。骨骼正常。认为对此种改变的最好解释为Turner氏综合征,乃终止妊娠。胎儿颈后有一肿块,系为Turner氏综合征时典型的囊性水囊瘤,并有全身
The authors report a case of Turner’s syndrome diagnosed by ultrasound during the second trimester. 22-year-old pregnant women in the last menstrual 15 weeks after the uterus for ultrasound examination, no abnormality of the fetus. The first ultrasound showed that the diameter of the fetal parietal bone 29 mm, consistent with 15 weeks of pregnancy, and a neck mass and systemic edema. For further examination at 17 and 17.5 weeks of gestation see a separate, 5cm-diameter, fluid-filled mass with clear systemic edema and ascites and polyhydramnios. Normal bones.
