小微企业作为中国经济发展中具有巨大潜力的新生力量,发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文通过对廊坊市小微企业知识产权保护现状进行调研,发现其缺乏权利保障意识,拥有的知识产权数量不多,且对其法律保障体系不够健全等众多问题,导致小微企业的知识产权极易受到侵害。因此,保护小微企业的知识产权、制定适合自身发展的知识产权法律保障体系是小微企业的必然选择。
Small and micro enterprises play an increasingly important role as the new forces with great potential in China’s economic development. Through the investigation of the present situation of intellectual property protection of small and micro enterprises in Langfang City, this paper finds many problems such as the lack of awareness of rights protection, the small number of intellectual property rights and the inadequate legal security system, which lead to the intellectual property rights of small and micro enterprises Vulnerable. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice for small and micro-enterprises to protect the intellectual property rights of small and micro enterprises and formulate the legal protection system of intellectual property suitable for their own development.
