目的建立了漱口水中十二烷基硫酸钠的化学分析方法。方法样品在一定p H值条件下,与亚甲蓝生成可被三氯甲烷萃取的蓝色化合物经,该蓝色化合物浓度与样品中十二烷基硫酸钠的浓度成正比关系。结果本方法中十二烷基硫酸钠标准质量在5μg~50μg范围内,具有较好线性>0.999,方法的最低检测质量浓度为0.05 mg/L,回收率为100%~105%,Rsd为1.54~1.69。结论本方法具有灵敏度高,操作简单等优点,适用于基层实验室对漱口水中十二烷基硫酸钠含量的日常检测工作。
Objective To establish a method for the chemical analysis of sodium lauryl sulfate in mouthwash. Method The sample was subjected to methylene blue at a certain p H value to generate a blue compound which was extracted by chloroform. The concentration of the blue compound was directly proportional to the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate in the sample. Results The standard mass of sodium dodecyl sulfate in the range of 5μg ~ 50μg with good linearity> 0.999, the lowest detection mass concentration was 0.05 mg / L, the recovery was 100% ~ 105% and the Rsd was 1.54 ~ 1.69. Conclusion The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, simple operation and so on. It is suitable for the daily routine testing of sodium lauryl sulfate in mouthwash in the laboratory.
