目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在跟骨关节内骨折中的临床应用价值。方法根据MSCT的二维及三维重建图像,对45例跟骨关节内骨折进行Sanders分型。结果Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型15例,Ⅲ型17例,Ⅳ型8例。Sanders分型为根据不同分型,采用不同的保守或手术治疗,取得了令人满意的疗效。结论MSCT能较好地显示跟骨关节内骨折情况,正确提供临床分型依据,对临床选择不同的治疗方案具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods According to the two-dimensional and three-dimensional reconstruction images of MSCT, 45 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures were subjected to Sanders classification. Results There were 5 cases of type Ⅰ, 15 cases of type Ⅱ, 17 cases of type Ⅲ and 8 cases of type Ⅳ. Sanders classification according to different types, using different conservative or surgical treatment, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion MSCT can better show the situation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures, and provide the basis for clinical classification correctly. It has a high application value for different clinical treatment options.
