目的分析下颌阻生智齿拔除后第二磨牙远中牙槽骨变化情况。方法收集我院收治的100例需实施下颌阻生智齿拔除治疗的患者,对所有患者均实施为其2年的随访,通过随访的方式观察患者第二磨牙远中牙槽骨的变化情况。结果在2年的随访后发现患者的远中牙槽骨深度明显高于术前牙槽骨深度,并且明显低于近中牙槽骨高度,所有差异经比较后显示均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施下颌阻生智齿拔除治疗后,临近第二磨牙远中牙槽骨是能够得到再生的,但无法恢复到近中牙槽骨的正常水平。
Objective To analyze the change of distal alveolar bone in the second molar after mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing maxillary impacted wisdom tooth extraction in our hospital were collected. All patients were followed up for 2 years. The changes of distal alveolar bone in the second molars were observed by follow-up. Results After 2 years of follow-up, the depth of alveolar bone was found to be significantly higher than that of preoperative alveolar bone and significantly lower than that of proximal alveolar bone. All the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction, the distal alveolar bone adjacent to the second molars can be regenerated, but the normal level of the alveolar bone can not be recovered.
