本文研究了其它稀土元素R(R为La、Nd,Sm-Yb、Y)与铽共存时对Tb(Ⅲ)氧化行为的影响。发现所研究的其它稀土元素对铽的氧化均有不同程度的促进作用,其中轻稀土比重稀土更有利于Tb(Ⅳ)的形成。在Tb-R-O体系中,随着含量的增加,Tb(Ⅲ)的氧化率先逐渐升高直至达到极大值后再开始下降。当R为轻稀土时下降缓慢(镧例外),而当R为重稀土时则下降十分明显。此外,对外界条件如灼烧温度、退火温度、退火时间、冷却方式等因素对Tb(Ⅲ)氧化率的影响也进行了系统的研究。
In this paper, the effects of other rare earth elements R (R, La, Nd, Sm-Yb, Y) and terbium on the oxidation of Tb (Ⅲ) were investigated. It was found that the other rare earth elements studied promoted the oxidation of terbium to some extent. The light rare earth ratio of rare earth is more conducive to the formation of Tb (Ⅳ). In the Tb-R-O system, with the increase of the content, the oxidation rate of Tb (Ⅲ) first increases gradually until it reaches the maximum and then begins to decrease. When R is light rare earth slow decline (lanthanum exception), while R is heavy when the decline is very obvious. In addition, the effects of external conditions such as burning temperature, annealing temperature, annealing time, cooling method and other factors on the oxidation rate of Tb (Ⅲ) have also been systematically studied.
