本文结合职业院校艺术设计专业校企合作中企业人才需求现状的调查分析,并针对人才模式中出现的问题,初步构建了与行业企业合作相适应的职业院校艺术设计专业培养模式,即以学校为主导、企业为主体确定培养目标,致力于培养学生综合素质;专业结构要根据市场需求的变化,具有前瞻性、及时性和区域性的特征;课程体系的建设要符合岗位标准,注重学生实践与职业能力的提高;塑造良好师德师风,组建艺术设计专业兼职教师梯队,培养双师型教师。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of enterprise talents in the cooperation between school and enterprise in art design specialty of vocational college, this paper constructs the training pattern of art design specialty in vocational college which is suitable for the cooperation of industry and enterprises, according to the problems in the talent mode, School-led, business-oriented training objectives to determine, to cultivate the overall quality of students; professional structure according to changes in market demand, with forward-looking, timely and regional characteristics; curriculum system construction to meet job standards, pay attention to students Practice and professional ability to improve; create a good teacher ethics, the formation of art design professional part-time teacher echelon, training double teacher.
