患者男性,24岁。舌根部异物感2周,于1988年3月20日来院就诊。检查见舌根部偏左有一孤立性肿瘤,黄豆大小,突出粘膜表面,有蒂,无触痛。拟诊粘膜乳头状瘤,于3月22日局麻下手术,自蒂根部V形切除肿瘤。术后一周患者痊愈出院。病理检查 灰白色结节一个,椭圆形,有蒂,1.0cm×1.0cm×0.5cm大小,表面光滑,质坚硬。蒂部连有少量正常组织。镜下见肿瘤位于粘膜下,高出粘膜平面
The patient is male, 24 years old. Foreign body sensation at the base of the tongue came to the hospital on March 20, 1988 for 2 weeks. Examination showed that there was a solitary tumor on the left side of the base of the tongue.
