挣值法对进度预测与现实状态存在较大差异,通过加入调整参数对原预测进行调整,使预测结果与现实更接近且预测的工作状态更详尽,以便于各工作的资源配置。同时绘制出完成率线图来表示工作的状态以代替传统的网络计划,此图清晰地表达了工程项目的工期、工作间的逻辑关系、关键路径以及各工作任意时刻的完成状态。比网络计划简单且为资源配置提供了科学的依据,同时可以对比计划调整前后各工作的完成状态为进度计划的调整提供依据。
The Earned Value Law makes a big difference between the forecast of the progress and the actual state. The adjustment of the original forecast by adjusting the adjustment parameters makes the forecasting result closer to the reality and the predicted working status more detailed, so as to facilitate the allocation of resources for each job. At the same time, the completion rate graph is drawn to show the status of the work in place of the traditional network plan.
