宁夏坚持公益性、基本性、均等性、便利性的原则,初步建立了体系完善、设施完备的公共文化服务网络,但宁夏的公共文化服务体系建设尚存在一些不足。探索宁夏公共文化服务体系保障机制的建设,对于满足广大人民群众多层次、多样化的文化需求、使宁夏公共文化服务体系在文化强区中发挥作用具有重要的现实意义。
Ningxia adhered to the principles of public welfare, basicity, equality and convenience and initially established a well-established and well-equipped network of public cultural services. However, there are still some shortcomings in Ningxia’s public cultural service system. Exploring the construction of the safeguard mechanism of Ningxia public cultural service system is of great practical significance to meet the multi-level and diversified cultural needs of the general public and to make Ningxia public cultural service system play its role in strengthening the cultural zone.
